WNDR3400v1 and E3000, Do They Share Components?

This might completely off base but I thought I would try to see it there may be a fix in here somewhere. As I mentioned before, starting with FT2020.2, whenever I make a change to almost any of the basic screens and save, the WNDR3400v1 crashes and takes almost 90 seconds to reboot, as seen here:
