Using a tomato router in front of an eero network

I’ve been using an eero network for a few years now, and I’ve lost one feature that I really miss from tomato and other routers. That’s the ability to change my MAC address and get a new WAN IP from my ISP.

Is there a way to put my tomato router in between my cable modem and eero and have the best of both worlds? The way I imagine it I would have the tomato router plugged into the cable modem, and only the eero plugged into the cable modem
