Can't Change Router Time Zone

I am running Fresh Tomato 2020.3 MIPSR2 K26 USB Max and no mater what I try, I can not change time zone. I am trying to set it to UTC+3 (Jordan) but the router totally ignores what I select and stays at UTC+4. I tried testing it by selecting other time zones or by setting a custom one but it also ignores those and stays at UTC+4.

One other thing I noticed is that the Auto Daylight Savings Time box is grayed out by a lot of them. Why is that?
