Where can one find official guidance for flashing toastman's firmware to a new R7000?

I poked around under our stickies but didn't find this info. I have a brand new R7000 and would like to flash it to Toastman's firmware. I found two images on 4share but no instructions:

Flash initial first then 9008.5? Go directly to 9008.5? Procedure with a 30-30-30 reset? Go to DD-WRT first, then toastman? Many options are floating around so I'm looking for the correct way to avoid...
