how to turn off one wireless

I have a Linksys e4200 which has dual wireless. I'd like to turn one band off between 10pm and 5am because it used for kids and guest (VAP) and leave the other on. The access restrictions, it seems, can do the time bit but for all wireless not just one.

Can I do this with a command in cron? If so what command?
