IPv6 breaks too easy on R7000.

I notice I have a lot of trouble getting IPv6 to work on the R7000. When I first set up the router after an upgrade I turn on IPv6 to DHCPv6 with Prefix Delegation. It works but if I make any changes to my router even unrelated settings like Wifi IPv6 fails with a 0/10. Also if my internet goes down anytime when it comes back on again IPv6 fails.

I usually then have to reboot the router but sometimes that does not work either. I check the WAN page and I get a working iPv6 address even...
