[FreshTomato 2020.3] - Linksys EA6400 no LED lights

The is only a single row on the top of the case (it is actually made up of 3 separate leds on the board, D11,D7,D10)
But under normal operation it is all dark.
It does flash during NVRAM reset with WPS button)

Is that by design? Or I got something not right here
