Dnscrypt / Stubby issue

Since we're pretty active here today, I'd like to reiterate something I've pointed out a few times but never heard any feedback. When either dnscrypt or Stubby are enabled, whenever you make a wireless change (and perhaps other changes) and save the settings, the router does a DHCP release on the WAN and Internet connectivity is disrupted for about 1 min 5 sec.

When saving, this happens:
