Go from Advanced Tomato to Fresh Tomato R7000

Hi! I used the search forums but I couldn't find answer to this question.

I have a Netgear R7000 running Advanced Tomato, but since that fw is not being updated any more I thought I would switch over to Fresh Tomato.
Is it possibe for me to download the fresh tomato file and use the "router upgrade" function to switch?

And what file do I need? I looked through the download section and I was a bit confused over the files...
