Firmware on ASUS RT-N16

I used Tomato RAF 1.28 on ASUS RT-N16 for quite some time until I upgraded to AC68U.

I'd like to utilize RT-N16 as a wireless "repeater mode", could you recommend what firmware is best for this purpose on this router?
