Change wan mac random after each reboot

Hi guys I'm new here, can you help me to find out how to custom scheduled change wan mac random after reboot. I need to scheduled 2 times for 24 hours period. Or better when no ping response, if this is possible?
I use version 2020.1 on Asus RT-AC68R/U
