Corporate Firewall and Using Tomato Router as Socks Proxy with SSH tunneling

Hi All..
I have a router wih Tomato FW at home. I configured SSH tunnel with strong rsa key.
I am working in a company which uses Fortinet(or Fortigate ) to filter and monitor employers internet traffic.
I know that our internet/web traffic is being logged.

I am connecting over ssh tunnel to my home.
With putty and socks proxy I see that the filter can be bypassed.
But what I don't know is about logging.
If anyone knows, how Fortinet or other corporate firewalls logs this traffic.
