DNS-over-TLS -- Priority

Hi,

could someone explain what the three options mean: under Use Stubby you can select Strict-Order or No-Resolv or None.

Also, one nice feature in Asus/Merlin firmware is that you can actually select the servers to use for DoT, but not with FreshTomato: so where does it take the servers list from ?
