Help adjusting iptables, turn WAN to LAN

I have a dual radio router, set up in dual WAN mode, each radio connected to a different access point. Dual client mode?

I would like the router to accept traffic routed into it from one of the WANs. I think essentially turning that WAN in a LAN.
