Fresh Tomato: Bulk update of static DHCP values

I just upgraded from dd-wrt to Fresh Tomato 2019.2. With DD-WRT, I have a text mapping of about 100 MAC addresses to static IP addresses for DHCP. Is there a quick way to import this without having to enter them one by one?

I expect that I can ssh into the router and edit a file directly, but I don't know what file and I don't know if the format is different from what I have.
