RT-N66U Bandwidth Limiter ?s

I have an RT-N66U, trying to set bandwidth limits per IP or MAC address.

All default settings once flashed/NVRAM wiped on flash.

Set up IP or MAC for filtering, but as soon as I check Bandwidth Limiter for LAN (br0) to enable it...it completely kills any connection to the internet wired or wireless...

QoS is not turned on.

Flashed Tomato/AdvancedTomato v132, 136, 138 and 140.

Same results with all.

Enabling B/W Limiter immediately kills any access to the internet, wired and wireless....
