I have noticed this long time ago, but now that I wanted 40MHz I suddenly remembered about this issue.
Basically I'm testing this on ASUS RT-N16 and Tenda-N60 both running Freshtomato MIPS beta 106 and they behave the same. However this was found on Shibby long time ago and was never resolved. Both routers have been freshly installed. When I go setting up the 40MHz together with the upper/lower band parameter the channel lists doesn't adapt to the 40MHz selection and still displays 13...
