Have an issue at one office where the internet is slowing to a crawl on a 100/50 fiber connection. When the issue is occurring the bandwidth is not maxed out at all (1200 KB/s average over last 24 hours) nor is the router CPU maxed out (it fluctuates between 10%-23%) but for example running an nsookup will often fail (no matter whether Tomato DNSMasq is used or stand alone DNS sever) and web browsing is very slow if does not fail completely.
