Huawei E3276 and E398 4G LTE USB Modem Config not working Tomato v138

Hi,
I am from india and trying to connect to reliance jio network which is a
LTE Only Network (Band 3,5,40).
APN: jionet

I am Testing with Latest Tomato shibby firmware v138-MultiWAN
2 USB 4G LTE Non-Hilink Modems Huawei E3276s-920 and Huawei E398u-92 (Both Support Band 40)
Modems Settings
1) NDIS mode 2) Profile APN : jionet 3) DN: *99# 4) Network : a) AUTO & b) LTE Only

2 Routers Asus RT-AC66U and Netgear R7000 (ARM)

On both routers i tried to connect with below configs with both above...
