(vpn client) route specific ip range over vpn to server

Hi@all

I have a vpn client with static key on my router. Over this i can route to the other router (server).
And I have a route to a webserver (ip changed 109.238.65.176) through this vpn:

Therefore i have under Openvpn Client - Advanced - Custom Configuration:
route 109.238.65.176 255.255.255.255 //(ip changed)
route 192.168.64.0 255.255.255.0

This works fine.

My problem is, that I want only a few of my internal ip adresses should be routed over the vpn to...
