Help with flashing please. R7000

I locked myself out of Shibby. The router is working fine I just cannot login.

Can I use tftp2 to load Shibby again?

Do I have to go back to OFW then flash with Shibby?

If I use the reset button will I go back to OFW?

Do I have to go back to OFW then flash with Shibby?

I am really dead in the water here.
