Help with flashing please.Back to OFW then Shibby I am currently locked out

I disabled Telnet, Tomato rebooted and now it no longer lets me login. It is however working fine. Ssh works but Tomato still does not recognize my login credentials.

If I use the reset button will I go back to factory settings even though if I erased nvram after I installed Tomato?
