how to block youtube app meanwhile don't block youtube kids?

Hi,

I use address=/www.youtube.com/127.0.0.1 into dnsmasq, It looks like youtube with IE is blocked.

but the app of youtube is still working.
How can I block youtube wherever it is, meanwhile I want youtube kids work?
