Im using the latest shibby:

Tomato Firmware 1.28.0000 MIPSR2-135 K26 USB AIO-64K
And I cannot get the bandwidth limiter to do anything. It does not seem to have any affect at all. QoS is off, upnp off too, tried rebooting. Ive tried using ip, ip range, and mac address. Im setting the values to something tiny like 100, 100, 50, 50, default, nolimit, nolimit. The max available at the top is set to 17000,2500. Nothing else on the page is enabled.
