Wget support?

Hey guys
Is there a way to get wget to use an user and a password in tomato?
I need to access via scheduler a page that is only accessible via authentication. ssl not needed.
I want to reboot on a schedule another router so this is the only way

edit: there is another way, via telnet and cli. is there a way to send commands via a telnet command?
