I recently bought a chinese fanless box with 4xIntel GB LAN ports and installed opnsense to be able curb the increasing number of shady embedded technology in my house a little better![:)]( "Smile :)")
Our trusty old RT-N66U was intended to move upstairs to the center of the house and act as the "wireless arm" of the router in the basement (which has no wireless, intentionally). No local NAT, dhcp, firewall, or any other gizmos, just put wireless through.
The plan is to have the ASUS span 4...
