Please help. VLAN not showing.

I have the Tomato Firmware v1.28.8509 Toastman-ARM7 K26ARM initial-64K

I am trying to setup a guest network but every time I go to VLAN the only thing that shows is:

/* MULTIWAN-BEGIN */ /* MULTIWAN-END */

Any ideas on how to fix this?
